Article L4241-10 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from article L. 4241-1, pharmacy students regularly enrolled in the third year of studies in a pharmaceutical sciences training and research unit are authorised, for the purpose of further training, to carry out the operations mentioned in the said article outside university working hours, provided that they have first completed the pharmacy internship provided for by the provisions in force.

Persons belonging to the health reserve provided for in article L. 3132-1, carrying out an activity as part of a commitment to serve in the operational reserve provided for in article L. 4211-1 of the Defence Code or required in application of articles L. 3131-8 or L. 3131-9 and who are enrolled in the third year of pharmacy studies may, if they have completed the pharmacy internship provided for by the provisions in force, carry out the tasks provided for in article L. 4241-1, as part of the activities for which they have been called.

Article L4241-10

Par dérogation à l’article L. 4241-1, les étudiants en pharmacie régulièrement inscrits en troisième année d’études dans une unité de formation et de recherche de sciences pharmaceutiques sont autorisés, dans un but de perfectionnement, à exécuter, en dehors des heures de travaux universitaires, les opérations mentionnées audit article sous réserve qu’ils aient effectué préalablement le stage officinal prévu par les dispositions en vigueur.

Les personnes appartenant à la réserve sanitaire prévue à l’article L. 3132-1 , exerçant une activité au titre d’un engagement à servir dans la réserve opérationnelle prévue à l’article L. 4211-1 du code de la défense ou requises en application des articles L. 3131-8 ou L. 3131-9 et qui sont inscrites en troisième année d’études de pharmacie peuvent, si elles ont effectué le stage officinal prévu par les dispositions en vigueur, effectuer les tâches prévues à l’article L. 4241-1, au titre des activités pour lesquelles elles ont été appelées.
