Article L4243-3 of the French Public Health Code

Any pharmacist who employs, even occasionally, a person who does not satisfy the conditions laid down in this Title to carry out the operations provided for in article L. 4241-1 is liable to one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.

Le fait pour un pharmacien d’employer, même occasionnellement, aux opérations prévues à l’article L. 4241-1 une personne ne satisfaisant pas aux conditions fixées par le présent titre est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende.
