Natural persons are also liable to the following additional penalties:
1° Display or dissemination of the decision handed down, under the conditions set out inarticle 131-35 of the Criminal Code;
2° Confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the thing that is the product of the offence, in accordance witharticle 131-21 of the Criminal Code;
3° A permanent ban, or a ban for a maximum of five years, on practising one or more professions governed by this Code or any other professional or social activity in the course of which the offence was committed, in accordance with the provisions ofarticle 131-27 of the Criminal Code.
Carrying out this activity despite a court decision imposing a permanent or temporary ban is punishable by the same penalties.
Legal entities declared criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Criminal Code, for the offence defined in this article shall incur, in addition to the fine set out inarticle 131-38 of the French Criminal Code, the penalties set out in 2° to 9° of article 131-39 of the same code. The ban referred to in 2° of article 131-39 of the same code applies to one or more professions governed by this code or to any other professional or social activity in the course of which the offence was committed.
