Where, in a société anonyme, a region is a member or chairman of the board of directors, a member of the management board or a member or chairman of the supervisory board, the civil liability arising from the exercise of the mandate of the representatives of the region shall be the responsibility of the region and not of those representatives.

Lorsque, dans une société anonyme, une région a la qualité de membre ou de président du conseil d’administration, de membre du directoire, de membre ou de président du conseil de surveillance, la responsabilité civile résultant de l’exercice du mandat des représentants de la région incombe à la région et non à ces représentants.
