Article L4311-14 of the French Public Health Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of article L. 4311-2, the representative of the State in the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon may authorise, by order, a nurse who does not meet the conditions laid down in article L. 4311-2 to practise in the territorial collectivity.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4311-2, le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon peut autoriser, par arrêté, une infirmière ou un infirmier ne remplissant pas les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4311-2 à exercer son activité dans la collectivité territoriale.
