Article L4311-15-1 of the French Public Health Code

The organisations issuing the training qualifications mentioned in article L. 4311-15 send these qualifications to the service or organisation mentioned in article L. 4311-15 in the form of certified information.

They shall also send it, in the same form, the list of students likely to practise the profession of nurse on a temporary basis, to be required or called up as part of the health reserve who have reached the level of training provided for in article 4311-12-1.

Les organismes délivrant les titres de formation mentionnés à l’article L. 4311-15 transmettent ces titres au service ou à l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 4311-15 sous forme d’informations certifiées.

Ils lui communiquent également, sous la même forme, la liste des étudiants susceptibles d’exercer à titre temporaire la profession d’infirmière ou d’infirmier, d’être requis ou appelés au titre de la réserve sanitaire ayant atteint le niveau de formation prévu à l’article 4311-12-1.
