Article L4312-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The appropriations required for the operation of the regional economic, social and environmental council and, where applicable, for the carrying out of its studies are the subject of a separate entry in the regional budget.

They are notified, each year, after the budget has been voted, to the president of the regional economic, social and environmental council by the president of the regional council.

Les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional et, le cas échéant, à la réalisation de ses études font l’objet d’une inscription distincte au budget de la région.

Ils sont notifiés, chaque année, après le vote du budget, au président du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional par le président du conseil régional.
