duly constituted professional groups of nurses are entitled to bring proceedings before the criminal courts for offences relating to the practice of the profession of nurse, without prejudice to the right to bring a civil action in any proceedings brought by the public prosecutor.

Les groupements professionnels régulièrement constitués d’infirmiers ou d’infirmières sont habilités à exercer des poursuites devant la juridiction pénale en raison d’infractions relatives à l’exercice de la profession d’infirmier ou d’infirmière, sans préjudice de la faculté de se porter partie civile dans toute poursuite intentée par le ministère public.
