Article L4321-10-1 of the French Public Health Code

The organisations issuing the training certificates send these certificates to the service or organisation mentioned in article L. 4321-10 in the form of certified information.

They shall also send it, in the same form, the list of students likely to be required or called up as part of the health reserve who have reached the level of training provided for in article 4321-7.

Les organismes délivrant les titres de formation transmettent ces titres au service ou à l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 4321-10 sous forme d’informations certifiées.

Ils lui communiquent également, sous la même forme, la liste des étudiants susceptibles d’être requis ou appelés au titre de la réserve sanitaire ayant atteint le niveau de formation prévu à l’article 4321-7.
