Article L4321-7 of the French Public Health Code

Persons belonging to the health reserve provided for in article L. 3132-1, carrying out an activity as part of a commitment to serve in the operational reserve provided for in article L. 4211-1 of the Defence Code or required in application of articles L. 3131-8 or L. 3131-9 and having validated the second year of studies preparing for the State diploma in physiotherapy or enrolled in the third year of studies preparing for this diploma may perform physiotherapy acts, provided that this practice is carried out as part of a care team including at least one State-qualified physiotherapist and under the responsibility of the latter, as part of the activities for which they have been called up.

Les personnes appartenant à la réserve sanitaire prévue à l’article L. 3132-1, exerçant une activité au titre d’un engagement à servir dans la réserve opérationnelle prévue à l’article L. 4211-1 du code de la défense ou requises en application des articles L. 3131-8 ou L. 3131-9 et ayant validé la deuxième année d’études préparant au diplôme d’Etat de masseur-kinésithérapeute ou inscrites en troisième année d’études préparant à ce diplôme peuvent réaliser des actes de masso-kinésithérapie, sous réserve que cet exercice soit effectué auprès d’une équipe soignante comportant au moins un masseur-kinésithérapeute diplômé d’Etat et sous la responsabilité de ce dernier, au titre des activités pour lesquelles elles ont été appelées.
