Article L433-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Articles L. 433-1 to L. 433-4 are applicable to companies whose financial instruments have ceased to be admitted to trading on a regulated market in order to be admitted to trading on a multilateral trading facility subject to the provisions of II of Article L. 433-3 for a period of three years from the date on which these financial instruments ceased to be admitted to trading on a regulated market.

The previous paragraph applies to companies with a market capitalisation of less than one billion euros.

Article L433-5

Les articles L. 433-1 à L. 433-4 sont applicables aux sociétés dont les instruments financiers ont cessé d’être admis aux négociations sur un marché réglementé pour être admis aux négociations sur un système multilatéral de négociation soumis aux dispositions du II de l’article L. 433-3 pendant une durée de trois ans à compter de la date à laquelle ces instruments financiers ont cessé d’être admis aux négociations sur un marché réglementé.

L’alinéa précédent est applicable aux sociétés dont la capitalisation boursière est inférieure à un milliard d’euros.
