Speech and language therapists, orthoptists and students studying for one or other of the certificates of qualification are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions and subject to the reservations set out in articles 226-13 and 226-14 of the French Penal Code.

Les orthophonistes, les orthoptistes et les élèves faisant leurs études préparatoires à l’obtention de l’un ou l’autre certificat de capacité sont tenus au secret professionnel dans les conditions et sous les réserves énoncées aux articles 226-13 et 226-14 du code pénal.
