Persons who have obtained the evidence of formal qualifications or authorisation required to practise the profession of medical electroradiology manipulator prior to their entry into the profession, as well as those who are not practising the profession but obtained their evidence of formal qualifications less than three years ago, are required to register with the service or body designated for this purpose by the Minister for Health.
The registration of these persons is carried out after verification of the supporting documents attesting to their identity and their training qualification or authorisation. They must inform the same department or body of any change of residence or professional situation.
For persons who have worked as medical electroradiology manipulators, the obligation to provide information about a change of residence is maintained for a period of three years from the date on which they ceased their activity.
The registration procedure is free of charge.
A list of this profession shall be drawn up for each département by the regional health agency or the body designated for this purpose, and made available to the public.
Subject to the provisions of Article L. 4061-1, a medical electroradiology manipulator may only practise his profession if his diplomas, certificates, titles or authorisations have been registered in accordance with the first paragraph.
The procedures for applying this article shall be laid down by decree.
