Persons practising the professions mentioned in 1°, 2° and 5° of article L. 4364-1 may, as part of a renewal, adapt initial medical prescriptions for foot orthoses that are less than three years old, under conditions set by decree and unless the doctor objects.
Les personnes exerçant les professions mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 5° de l’article L. 4364-1 peuvent adapter, dans le cadre d’un renouvellement, les prescriptions médicales initiales d’orthèses plantaires datant de moins de trois ans, dans des conditions fixées par décret et sauf opposition du médecin.
