Article L4383-2-1 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from article L. 4383-2, the number of students or pupils mentioned in this article recruited to meet the needs of the armed forces and their distribution between the institutes or schools in each region are set annually by joint order of the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Health and, where applicable, the Minister for Higher Education.

Monitoring of the programmes and the quality of the training of these students or pupils is carried out jointly by the Minister for Defence and the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

The procedures for applying this article are determined by decree.

Article L4383-2-1

Par dérogation à l’article L. 4383-2, le nombre des étudiants ou élèves mentionnés à cet article recrutés pour répondre aux besoins des armées et leur répartition entre les instituts ou écoles dans chaque région sont fixés annuellement par arrêté conjoint du ministre de la défense, du ministre chargé de la santé et, le cas échéant, du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur.

Le contrôle du suivi des programmes et de la qualité de la formation de ces étudiants ou élèves est réalisé conjointement par le ministre de la défense et le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont déterminées par décret.
