Once the agreement of the State representative provided for in article L. 4433-10-1 has been obtained, the adopted draft regional development plan is subject to a public enquiry carried out in accordance with chapter III of title II of book I of the Environment Code, organised by the president of the deliberative assembly of the region, department or local authority.

Le projet de schéma d’aménagement régional arrêté est, après que l’accord du représentant de l’Etat prévu par l’article L. 4433-10-1 a été recueilli, soumis à une enquête publique réalisée conformément au chapitre III du titre II du livre Ier du code de l’environnement, organisée par le président de l’assemblée délibérante de la région, du département ou de la collectivité.
