The regional councils of the overseas regions shall be consulted on proposals for acts of the European Union which concern their region by the Minister for Overseas France. The provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 4433-3-1 shall apply.
The Regional Councils may submit proposals to the Government for the application of the Treaties on European Union and on the Functioning of the European Union.
Les conseils régionaux des régions d’outre-mer sont consultés sur les propositions d’actes de l’Union européenne qui concernent leur région par les soins du ministre chargé de l’outre-mer. Les dispositions du second alinéa de l’article L. 4433-3-1 sont applicables.
Les conseils régionaux peuvent adresser au Gouvernement des propositions pour l’application des traités sur l’Union européenne et sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne.
