Article L4433-8-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regional development plan takes into account:

1° State programmes and, in order to harmonise them, those of local and regional authorities and their public establishments and services;

2° The national low-carbon development strategy, known as the “low-carbon strategy”, provided for in Article L. 222-1 B of the Environment Code;

> The strategic document for the maritime basin
3° The strategic document for maritime basins provided for in Article L. 219-3 of the Environment Code;

>National guidelines for the preservation of the marine environment, provided for in Article L. 219-3 of the Environment Code
4° The national guidelines for the preservation and restoration to good condition of ecological continuity provided for by article L. 371-2 of the Environment Code, for the application of article L. 4433-7-1;

> The departmental development plan (schéma départemental de l’environnement)
5° Le schéma départemental d’orientation minière en Guyane prévu par l’article L. 621-1 du code minier.

Article L4433-8-2

Le schéma d’aménagement régional prend en compte :

1° Les programmes de l’Etat, et, pour les harmoniser, ceux des collectivités territoriales et de leurs établissements et services publics ;

2° La stratégie nationale de développement à faible intensité de carbone, dénommée “ stratégie bas-carbone ”, prévue par l’article L. 222-1 B du code de l’environnement ;

3° Le document stratégique de bassin maritime prévu par l’article L. 219-3 du code de l’environnement ;

4° Les orientations nationales pour la préservation et la remise en bon état des continuités écologiques prévues par l’article L. 371-2 du code de l’environnement, pour l’application de l’article L. 4433-7-1 ;

5° Le schéma départemental d’orientation minière en Guyane prévu par l’article L. 621-1 du code minier.
