Article L4437-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to Mayotte of Part Four of this Code:

1° The reference to the region or overseas region is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte;

2° The reference to the regional council is replaced by the reference to the general council.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de la quatrième partie du présent code :

1° La référence à la région ou à la région d’outre-mer est remplacée par la référence au Département de Mayotte ;

2° La référence au conseil régional est remplacée par la référence au conseil général.
