Article L4437-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The following provisions of Part Four of this Code are not applicable to Mayotte:

1° Book I;

2° In Book II:

a) Article L. 4221-2 ;

b) Title III;

3° In Book III:

a) Chapters I and II of Title I;

b) Article L. 4313-1 and the second sentence of 9° of Article L. 4313-2 ;

c) Title II;

d) Chapters I and III of Title III, sections 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter II of the same title, as well as 2° of Article L. 4332-1 ;

e) Title IV;

4° In Book IV:

a) Chapter I and Section 1 of Chapter II of Title III;

b) Articles L. 4433-24-1, L. 4434-8 and L. 4434-9.

Article L4437-3

Ne sont pas applicables à Mayotte les dispositions suivantes de la quatrième partie du présent code :

1° Le livre Ier ;

2° Au livre II :

a) L’article L. 4221-2 ;

b) Le titre III ;

3° Au livre III :

a) Les chapitres Ier et II du titre Ier ;

b) L’article L. 4313-1 et la seconde phrase du 9° de l’article L. 4313-2 ;

c) Le titre II ;

d) Les chapitres Ier et III du titre III, les sections 2,3 et 4 du chapitre II du même titre, ainsi que le 2° de l’article L. 4332-1 ;

e) Le titre IV ;

4° Au livre IV :

a) Le chapitre Ier et la section 1 du chapitre II du titre III ;

b) Les articles L. 4433-24-1, L. 4434-8 et L. 4434-9.
