Article L450-10 of the French Commercial code

The provisions of Article 121-2 of the Penal Code are not applicable to the offences mentioned in Article L. 450-9, nor to those mentioned in I of Article L. 450-8, when the opposition relates to acts of the agents mentioned in II of Article L. 450-1 carried out as part of their assignment to the general rapporteur of the Competition Authority pursuant to Article 450-6.

Les dispositions de l’article 121-2 du code pénal ne sont pas applicables aux infractions mentionnées à l’article L. 450-9, ni à celles mentionnées au I de l’article L. 450-8, lorsque l’opposition porte sur des actes des agents mentionnés au II de l’article L. 450-1 accomplis au titre de leur mise à disposition du rapporteur général de l’Autorité de la concurrence en application de l’article 450-6.
