Article L451-1-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Legal and Administrative Information Directorate is responsible for the centralised storage of regulated information, as provided for in Article 21 of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonisation of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and amending Directive 2001/34/EC.

The public may have access to this information during the ten years following its storage.

La direction de l’information légale et administrative assure le stockage centralisé de l’information réglementée, prévu à l’article 21 de la directive 2004/109/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 15 décembre 2004 sur l’harmonisation des obligations de transparence concernant l’information sur les émetteurs dont les valeurs mobilières sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et modifiant la directive 2001/34/CE.

Le public peut avoir accès à cette information durant les dix années qui suivent le stockage de celle-ci.
