Employees of external companies who sit or have sat as staff representatives on an extended health, safety and working conditions committee are bound by an obligation of discretion with regard to information of a confidential nature and given as such by the employer.

They are bound by professional secrecy on all matters relating to manufacturing processes.

Les salariés d’entreprises extérieures qui siègent ou ont siégé en qualité de représentants du personnel dans une commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail élargie sont tenus à une obligation de discrétion à l’égard des informations présentant un caractère confidentiel et données comme telles par l’employeur.

Ils sont tenus au secret professionnel pour toutes les questions relatives aux procédés de fabrication.
