In the event of serious and imminent danger, the employer shall, as soon as he is aware of it, inform the Labour Inspectorate monitoring officer referred to in article L. 8112-1, the prevention department of the social security bodies and, as appropriate, the Nuclear Safety Authority, the Classified Facilities Inspectorate or the engineer responsible for policing the facilities referred to in article L. 211-2 of the Mining Code, of the opinion issued by the representative of the Social and Economic Committee pursuant to article L. 4132-2.
On this occasion, the employer specifies the action it intends to take on this opinion.
