The project owner and the contractor who intends to subcontract part of the work shall include in the contracts concluded with the contractors or subcontractors respectively the obligation to participate in an inter-company safety, health and working conditions committee.

Le maître d’ouvrage ainsi que l’entrepreneur qui entend sous-traiter une partie des travaux mentionnent dans les contrats conclus respectivement avec les entrepreneurs ou les sous-traitants l’obligation de participer à un collège interentreprises de sécurité, de santé et des conditions de travail.
