After maternity leave or an absence from work justified by incapacity resulting from illness or accident and meeting the conditions set by decree, the employee is entitled to a resumption examination by an occupational physician within a period determined by decree.

Après un congé de maternité ou une absence au travail justifiée par une incapacité résultant de maladie ou d’accident et répondant à des conditions fixées par décret, le travailleur bénéficie d’un examen de reprise par un médecin du travail dans un délai déterminé par décret.
