Article L4733-5 of the French Labour Code

When all measures have been taken to put an end to the situation of serious and imminent danger which gave rise to the withdrawal decision provided for in article L. 4733-3, the employer or the head of the establishment shall inform the Labour Inspection supervisory officer. After verification, the Labour Inspectorate monitoring officer authorises the regulated work concerned to be resumed.

Lorsque toutes les mesures ont été prises pour faire cesser la situation de danger grave et imminent ayant donné lieu à la décision de retrait prévue à l’article L. 4733-3, l’employeur ou le chef d’établissement informe l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail. Après vérification, l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail autorise la reprise des travaux réglementés concernés.
