Article L4743-1 of the French Labour Code

In the event of an infringement of the provisions relating to work by young people and by women who are pregnant, have recently given birth or are breastfeeding, the court may, depending on the circumstances and only in the event of a repeat offence, order that the judgment be posted.

In the same case, the court may also order that the judgment be published, at the offender’s expense, in one or more newspapers in the département.

En cas d’infraction aux dispositions relatives au travail des jeunes et des femmes enceintes, venant d’accoucher ou allaitant, l’affichage du jugement peut, suivant les circonstances et en cas de récidive seulement, être ordonné par la juridiction.

La juridiction peut également ordonner, dans le même cas, l’insertion du jugement, aux frais du contrevenant, dans un ou plusieurs journaux du département.
