Article L511-4-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The institutions referred to in this chapter which hold financial futures instruments the underlying interest of which consists wholly or partly of an agricultural commodity shall indicate in their annual report the measures taken to avoid having a significant effect on the price of these agricultural commodities. This report shall include information, by category of underlying, on the financial futures instruments whose underlying consists of an agricultural commodity that they hold.

Les établissements visés au présent chapitre et qui détiennent des instruments financiers à terme dont le sous-jacent est constitué, en tout ou partie, d’une matière première agricole indiquent dans leur rapport annuel les moyens mis en œuvre pour éviter d’exercer un effet significatif sur le cours de ces matières premières agricoles. Ce rapport inclut des informations, par catégorie de sous-jacent, sur les instruments financiers à terme dont le sous-jacent est constitué d’une matière première agricole qu’ils détiennent.
