The Appointments Committee provided for in Article L. 511-89 shall identify and recommend to the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board or any other body exercising equivalent supervisory functions, candidates suitable for the duties of director, member of the Supervisory Board or any other body exercising equivalent supervisory functions, with a view to proposing their candidacy to the General Meeting.
It assesses the balance and diversity of knowledge, skills and experience available to the members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board or any other body exercising equivalent supervisory functions, both individually and collectively.
It specifies the tasks and qualifications required for the duties performed on these boards and assesses the time to be devoted to these duties.
The results of the assessment carried out by the appointments committee pursuant to the second paragraph shall be made public in accordance with Article 435(2)(c) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013.
