The authorities responsible for the employment schemes mentioned in this book and defined by decree must give an explicit ruling on any request made by an employer concerning a factual situation with regard to the provisions contained in this book, with the exception of those of a purely fiscal or social nature.

L’administration chargée des dispositifs en faveur de l’emploi mentionnés dans le présent livre et définis par décret doit se prononcer de manière explicite sur toute demande formulée par un employeur sur une situation de fait au regard des dispositions contenues dans le présent livre, à l’exception de celles ayant un caractère purement fiscal ou social.
