The caisses de crédit agricole mutuel referred to in articles L. 512-34 and L. 512-35 are subject to supervision by the organe central du crédit agricole.

They are required to provide it with all documents, information and evidence intended to enable an administrative, technical and financial control of their organisation and management.

Les caisses de crédit agricole mutuel mentionnées aux articles L. 512-34 et L. 512-35 sont soumises au contrôle de l’organe central du crédit agricole.

Elles sont tenues de lui fournir tous documents, informations et justifications, destinés à permettre un contrôle administratif technique et financier sur leur organisation et leur gestion.
