After each partial renewal, the Board of Directors elects its Chairman and Vice-Chairman or Vice-Chairmen from among its members.
Subject to the powers of the General Meeting as they result from the legal provisions in force and the Articles of Association, and within the limits of the corporate purpose, the Board has the broadest powers to administer the caisse or union. In particular, it takes decisions to grant loans. It may grant delegated powers.
It approves the accounts for each financial year for submission to the General Meeting and draws up a report on the company’s situation and activities.
It admits new members.
It appoints and dismisses the director under conditions determined by the decree provided for in Article L. 512-84.
