Doctors, dental surgeons, midwives and pharmacists report any suspected adverse reaction to a medicinal product or product mentioned in article L. 5121-1 of which they are aware.

Other healthcare professionals, patients and approved patient associations may report any adverse reaction suspected of being due to a medicinal product or product mentioned in the same article L. 5121-1 of which they are aware.

Les médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes, sages-femmes et pharmaciens déclarent tout effet indésirable suspecté d’être dû à un médicament ou produit mentionnés à l’article L. 5121-1 dont ils ont connaissance.

Les autres professionnels de santé, les patients et les associations agréées de patients peuvent signaler tout effet indésirable suspecté d’être dû à un médicament ou produit mentionnés au même article L. 5121-1 dont ils ont connaissance.
