Article L5122-11 of the French Public Health Code

Persons providing information by canvassing or canvassing for medicinal products must have sufficient scientific knowledge evidenced by diplomas, titles or certificates appearing on a list drawn up by the administrative authority.

Employers of the employees mentioned in the first paragraph must also ensure that their knowledge is kept up to date.

They must instruct them to report to the company all information relating to the use of the medicinal products they advertise, in particular with regard to any adverse effects brought to their attention by the persons visited.

Les personnes qui font de l’information par démarchage ou de la prospection pour des médicaments doivent posséder des connaissances scientifiques suffisantes attestées par des diplômes, titres ou certificats figurant sur une liste établie par l’autorité administrative.

Les employeurs des salariés mentionnés au premier alinéa doivent veiller en outre à l’actualisation des connaissances de ceux-ci.

Ils doivent leur donner instruction de rapporter à l’entreprise toutes les informations relatives à l’utilisation des médicaments dont ils assurent la publicité, en particulier en ce qui concerne les effets indésirables qui sont portés à leur connaissance par les personnes visitées.
