Article L5124-13-1 of the French Public Health Code

In the case of research involving the human person relating to the gene therapy and xenogenic cell therapy preparations mentioned in 12° and 13° of Article L. 5121-1, the authorisation to conduct the research also constitutes authorisation for this research of the storage and preparation sites mentioned in Articles L. 4211-8 and L. 4211-9, and it constitutes the import and export authorisation mentioned in Article L. 5124-13.

Article L5124-13-1

Dans le cas de recherches impliquant la personne humaine portant sur les préparations de thérapie génique et de thérapie cellulaire xénogénique mentionnées au 12° et au 13° de l’article L. 5121-1, l’autorisation de mener la recherche vaut également autorisation pour cette recherche des lieux de conservation et de préparation mentionnés aux articles L. 4211-8 et L. 4211-9, et elle vaut autorisation d’importation et d’exportation mentionnée à l’article L. 5124-13.
