The creation of the pharmacy’s e-commerce website for medicinal products provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 5125-33 is subject to the existence of the licence referred to in article L. 5125-18 or the decision of the Minister for Health referred to in article L. 5125-10 and the actual opening of the pharmacy.

La création du site internet de commerce électronique de médicaments de l’officine de pharmacie prévu au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 5125-33 est subordonnée à l’existence de la licence mentionnée à l’article L. 5125-18 ou de la décision du ministre chargé de la santé mentionnée à l’article L. 5125-10 et à l’ouverture effective de la pharmacie.
