Article L5125-37 of the French Public Health Code

In the case of a grouping of several pharmacies referred to in article L. 5125-5, only one website may be created and operated, attached to the licence resulting from the grouping.

The creation of the website resulting from the merger is subject to the provisions of article L. 5125-36.

This website may only be operated once, where applicable, the websites of each of the pharmacies have been closed.

Article L5125-37

Dans le cadre d’un regroupement de plusieurs officines de pharmacie mentionné à l’article L. 5125-5, il ne peut être créé et exploité qu’un seul site internet rattaché à la licence issue du regroupement.

La création du site internet issu du regroupement est soumise aux dispositions de l’article L. 5125-36.

Ce site internet ne pourra être exploité que lorsque, le cas échéant, les sites internet de chacune des officines auront été fermés.
