Article L5125-40 of the French Public Health Code

A natural or legal person legally authorised to sell medicinal products to the public in the Member State of the European Union in which it is established may only sell, as part of an electronic commerce activity in medicinal products to a person established in France, medicinal products mentioned in article L. 5125-34 and benefiting from a marketing authorisation in France pursuant to article L. 5121-8 or one of the registrations mentioned in articles L. 5121-13 and L. 5121-14-1.

Une personne physique ou morale légalement habilitée à vendre des médicaments au public dans l’Etat membre de l’Union européenne dans laquelle elle est installée ne peut vendre, dans le cadre d’une activité de commerce électronique de médicaments à destination d’une personne établie en France, que des médicaments mentionnés à l’article L. 5125-34 et bénéficiant d’une autorisation de mise sur le marché en France en application de l’article L. 5121-8 ou de l’un des enregistrements mentionnés aux articles L. 5121-13 et L. 5121-14-1.
