Article L5131-8 of the French Public Health Code

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the procedures for applying this chapter, in particular :

1° The presentation and content of the declaration provided for in Article L. 5131-2 ;

2° The labelling procedures for the cosmetic products mentioned in paragraph 4 of Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009, referred to above, after obtaining the opinion of the National Consumer Council;

3° The procedures for implementing the cosmetovigilance system provided for in Article L. 5131-5.

Article L5131-8

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application du présent chapitre, notamment :

1° Les modalités de présentation et le contenu de la déclaration prévue à l’article L. 5131-2 ;

2° Les modalités d’étiquetage des produits cosmétiques mentionnés au paragraphe 4 de l’article 19 du règlement (CE) n° 1223/2009 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 30 novembre 2009, précité, après avis du Conseil national de la consommation ;

3° Les modalités de mise en œuvre du système de cosmétovigilance prévu à l’article L. 5131-5.
