Aid for future employment is awarded on the basis of commitments made by the employer regarding the content of the position offered and its position in the organisation of the structure employing the beneficiary of the future employment, the supervision and mentoring conditions and the qualification or skills to be acquired during the future employment period. These commitments must cover the training activities, carried out primarily during working hours or outside working hours, which contribute to the acquisition of this qualification or these skills and the resources to be mobilised to achieve this. They shall specify how working time is to be organised to enable the training to be carried out. These training initiatives focus on the acquisition of basic skills and transferable skills enabling the beneficiary of the job with a future to access a higher level of qualification.
The aid is also granted on the basis of the employer’s commitments regarding the possibility of sustaining the activities and the measures to ensure the professionalisation of the jobs.
If the employer fails to meet its commitments, particularly with regard to training, all public aid received must be repaid to the State.
The decision to award a new job placement subsidy mentioned in Article L. 5134-113 is subject to verification that the employer has complied with the commitments it made in respect of a previous job with a future.
