The skills acquired under the “emploi d’avenir” scheme are recognised by a certificate of training, a certificate of professional experience or a validation of acquired experience as provided for in article L. 6411-1. They may also be the subject of a certification registered in the national register of professional certifications.

Candidates must be encouraged to sit an exam to acquire a diploma or a competitive examination during or at the end of their future employment.

At the end of the Job with a Future, the beneficiary who wishes to complete his or her pathway to qualification may apply for the employment contracts mentioned in Book II and in Chapter V of Title II of Book III of Part Six, as well as for the vocational training measures mentioned in Article L. 6313-1, in accordance with the terms and conditions defined as part of an annual consultation of the Regional Employment and Vocational Training Coordination Committee.

Les compétences acquises dans le cadre de l’emploi d’avenir sont reconnues par une attestation de formation, une attestation d’expérience professionnelle ou une validation des acquis de l’expérience prévue à l’article L. 6411-1. Elles peuvent également faire l’objet d’une certification inscrite au répertoire national des certifications professionnelles.

La présentation à un examen pour acquérir un diplôme ou à un concours doit être favorisée pendant ou à l’issue de l’emploi d’avenir.

A l’issue de son emploi d’avenir, le bénéficiaire qui souhaite aboutir dans son parcours d’accès à la qualification peut prétendre aux contrats de travail mentionnés au livre II et au chapitre V du titre II du livre III de la sixième partie ainsi qu’aux actions de formation professionnelle mentionnées à l’article L. 6313-1, selon des modalités définies dans le cadre d’une concertation annuelle du comité de coordination régional de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle.
