Article L5134-30-2 of the French Labour Code

When the work integration aid provided for in sub-section 2 of this section has been awarded for the recruitment of an employee who was, prior to his or her recruitment, in receipt of the active solidarity income financed by the département, the département contributes to the financing of the aid referred to in article L. 5134-19-1. This contribution is determined, under conditions set by decree, by reference to the flat-rate amount mentioned in article L. 262-2 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles (Social Action and Family Code) applicable to a single person and according to the increase in rates provided for by the agreement mentioned in article L. 5134-19-4.

Lorsque l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle prévue à la sous-section 2 de la présente section a été attribuée pour le recrutement d’un salarié qui était, avant son embauche, bénéficiaire du revenu de solidarité active financé par le département, le département participe au financement de l’aide mentionnée à l’article L. 5134-19-1. Cette participation est déterminée, dans des conditions fixées par décret, par référence au montant forfaitaire mentionné à l’article L. 262-2 du code de l’action sociale et des familles applicable à une personne isolée et en fonction de la majoration des taux prévue par la convention mentionnée à l’article L. 5134-19-4.
