By way of derogation from the provisions relating to termination before the end of the fixed-term employment contract set out in article L. 1243-2, the Employment Initiative Contract may be terminated before its end, at the employee’s initiative, when the purpose of the termination is to enable the employee:
1° To be taken on under a fixed-term contract of at least six months ;
2° To be taken on under an open-ended contract;
3° To follow a training course leading to a qualification as provided for in article L. 6314-1.
