A period of work experience in the same structure may not exceed a period defined by decree.

During this period, the pricing or funding arrangements of the organisation employing or hosting the beneficiary of the work experience period remain unchanged.

Une période de mise en situation en milieu professionnel dans une même structure ne peut être supérieure à une durée définie par décret.

Pendant cette durée, les modalités de tarification ou de financement de l’organisme employant ou accueillant le bénéficiaire de la période de mise en situation en milieu professionnel restent inchangées.
