Article L5143-10 of the French Public Health Code

The following are determined, as necessary, by decrees in the Council of State issued after obtaining the opinion of the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety:

1° The conditions of preparation, labelling and use of extemporaneous preparations ;

2° The conditions of acquisition, possession, supply and use of the medicinal products referred to in article L. 5143-6 ;

3° The procedures for applying the provisions of article L. 5143-9-1;

4° The conditions of acquisition, possession, prescription, retail supply and use of the medicinal products referred to in article L. 5143-5.

Article L5143-10

Sont déterminées, en tant que de besoin, par décrets en Conseil d’Etat pris après avis de l’Agence nationale chargée de la sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail :

1° Les conditions de préparation, d’étiquetage et d’utilisation des préparations extemporanées ;

2° Les conditions d’acquisition, de détention, de délivrance et d’utilisation des médicaments visés à l’article L. 5143-6 ;

3° Les modalités d’application des dispositions de l’article L. 5143-9-1 ;

4° Les conditions d’acquisition, de détention, de prescription, de délivrance au détail et d’utilisation des médicaments mentionnés à l’article L. 5143-5.
