Article L5143-8 of the French Public Health Code

The acquisition, possession and supply of medicinal products and medicated feedingstuffs held by the groups referred to in Article L. 5143-6 must be carried out under the control of a veterinarian or pharmacist effectively participating in the technical management of the group. In all cases, this pharmacist or veterinarian is personally responsible for applying the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/6 of 11 December 2018 and the legislative and regulatory provisions concerning veterinary medicinal products and medicated feedingstuffs without prejudice, where applicable, to the joint and several liability of the group.

Article L5143-8

L’acquisition, la détention et la délivrance des médicaments et des aliments médicamenteux détenus par les groupements visés à l’article L. 5143-6 doivent être faites sous le contrôle d’un vétérinaire ou d’un pharmacien participant effectivement à la direction technique du groupement. Dans tous les cas, ce pharmacien ou vétérinaire est personnellement responsable de l’application des dispositions du règlement (UE) 2019/6 du 11 décembre 2018 ainsi que des dispositions législatives et réglementaires concernant les médicaments vétérinaires et les aliments médicamenteux sans préjudice, le cas échéant, de la responsabilité solidaire du groupement.
