Article L5145-6 of the French Public Health Code

When, during an inspection, the agents of the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail observe a breach of the provisions applicable to the activities and veterinary medicinal products mentioned in article L. 5141-2, the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail may order the person concerned to rectify the situation within a period of time which he shall determine. This injunction is issued after the person concerned has been given the opportunity to present his observations. This person may be assisted by counsel or represented by an agent of their choice.

The injunction is published on the Agency’s website until the situation has been regularised.

Lorsqu’à l’occasion d’une inspection, les agents de l’Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail constatent un manquement aux dispositions applicables aux activités et aux médicaments vétérinaires mentionnés à l’article L. 5141-2, son directeur général peut enjoindre à la personne intéressée de régulariser sa situation dans un délai qu’il détermine. Cette injonction intervient après que celle-ci a été mise à même de présenter ses observations. Cette personne peut se faire assister par un conseil ou représenter par un mandataire de son choix.

L’injonction est publiée sur le site internet de l’agence jusqu’à ce que la situation ait été régularisée.
