Article L5211-5 of the French Labour Code

Every five years, the public employment service draws up, under the authority of the State representative in the region, a regional plan for the integration of disabled workers. This plan, coordinated with the regional programme defined in article L. 5211-3, includes:

1° A regional diagnosis including local diagnoses drawn up with the collaboration of the referents for professional integration of the maisons départementales des personnes handicapées;

2° A regional action plan for the integration of disabled workers including areas of intervention and precise objectives;

3° Regional indicators for monitoring and evaluating actions taken at regional level.

The agreements provided for in Article L. 6123-4 help to implement this plan.

Article L5211-5

Tous les cinq ans, le service public de l’emploi élabore, sous l’autorité du représentant de l’Etat dans la région, un plan régional pour l’insertion des travailleurs handicapés. Ce plan, coordonné avec le programme régional défini à l’article L. 5211-3, comprend :

1° Un diagnostic régional englobant les diagnostics locaux établis avec la collaboration des référents pour l’insertion professionnelle des maisons départementales des personnes handicapées ;

2° Un plan d’action régional pour l’insertion des travailleurs handicapés comportant des axes d’intervention et des objectifs précis ;

3° Des indicateurs régionaux de suivi et d’évaluation des actions menées au niveau régional.

Les conventions prévues à l’article L. 6123-4 contribuent à mettre en œuvre ce plan.
