Article L5213-19 of the French Labour Code

Only the employment of workers who meet the conditions set out in the second and third paragraphs of Article L. 5213-13-1 entitles them to financial aid to help compensate for the consequences of their disability and the actions undertaken in connection with their employment. This aid is granted within the limits of the appropriations set annually by the Finance Act.

Seul l’emploi des travailleurs qui remplissent les conditions mentionnées aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 5213-13-1 ouvre droit au bénéfice d’aides financières contribuant à compenser les conséquences du handicap et des actions engagées liées à leur emploi. Ces aides sont attribuées dans la limite des crédits fixés annuellement par la loi de finances.
